Announcement for expression of interest for the completion of a doctoral thesis

The International Doctoral Program titled “Chemistry and Technologies for Pollution Control and Environmental Protection-CTePCEP” is able to announce positions for doctoral candidates twice a year (January and June), and exceptionally whenever it deems it appropriate, following a reasoned decision by the General Assembly of the Department. The announcement outlines the research areas in which the opportunity to pursue a doctoral thesis is offered.

Duration

The minimum duration for obtaining a doctoral degree is at least three (3) full calendar years from the date of appointment of the three-member Advisory Committee. The maximum time for completing the doctoral dissertation is six (6) full calendar years from the date of appointment of the three-member Advisory Committee. In special cases, the doctoral candidate may, upon a reasoned request to the Department Assembly, request a time extension of up to one (1) full calendar year to complete their doctoral thesis.
