The purpose of the International Doctoral Program is to ensure scientific competence, specialization, and the cultivation of high-level skills and knowledge in the subject of environmental sciences and technologies that are taught in the Department of Chemistry. The main goals of the curriculum are to provide high-level studies in the modern developments of environmental sciences, with particular emphasis on the improvement and application of techniques and methodologies in the following areas:

1. οf environmental protection and restoration technologies
2. of physicochemical processes in the environment
3. οf analytical techniques for pollution control and environmental impact assessment on the environment, food, and humans.
4. οf principles and applications of circular production and economy.

It is obvious that all cooperating members of the program undertake the self-evident responsibility to promote the quality criterion in any form of activity and to transfer new knowledge to the scientific fields of the International Doctoral Program.
